    • Manage daily interactions with foodservice distributors
    • Resolve restaurant/operations questions and issues, both corporate and franchise
    • Coordinate, communicate and monitor product transitions and LTO roll outs with distributors
    • Track and communicate inventory of item transitions, deletions and tests on a weekly and ad hoc basis
    • Communicate and monitor the set-up of all new items at our distribution centers as required
    • Track and communicate usage and inventories of item transitions and deletions
    • Develop model to forecast LTO and test item usage (demand planning)
    • Analyze all LTOs and National Promotions to gauge performance and forecast accuracy
    • Manage new restaurant list and communication from a Supply Chain standpoint
    • Review distributor order guides for price and product accuracy
    • Develop distributor KPIs and evaluation process to ensure service levels are meet
    • Single point of communication to the distribution network regarding Smashburger 
    • Communicate distribution information to all key personnel
    • Maintain distributor files and contracts
    • Potential opportunity to manage spend for select food items
    • Other duties may be assigned


    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.



    • Undergraduate degree required; preferably in Supply Chain/Business management or related field



    • One to three years of supply chain experience preferred
    • Knowledgeable in supply chain management
    • Knowledgeable in consolidation and freight management
    • Knowledgeable in project management
    • Restaurant, foodservice or inventory management experience is helpful



    • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
    • Extensive computer skills; spreadsheet programming ability preferred
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Access and Power Point preferred.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with constant interruptions
    • Problem solving and reasoning skills 
    • Strong communication and people skills


    PHYSICAL DEMANDS include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Some repetitive motion may be required.
    • May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Required to operate equipment set at standard height.
    • Must reach, bend, stoop, and lift.



    • May be required to work evenings and/or weekends.
    • Travel may be required.
    • Must have access to adequate transportation.
