The District Manager will report directly to the Market Partner or to the Regional Vice President of Operations. This person will represent the Company to the industry, professional service providers, field staff, franchisees and franchisee prospects as well as other interested parties. The District Manager will interact throughout all organizational levels. As the company expands and achieves its growth goals, this position will build and manage a team and the related systems to match the needs of the enterprise.
This position will drive the restaurant operations efforts for the Company. The goal is to operate 10-20 Smashburger units in each identified market. To achieve such rapid growth, this person must currently possess a proven track record of operational leadership to enhance the Smashburger brand, build market share, maximize returns on company assets and encourage a work environment that respects and develops the potential of the employees.
